In case of any ambiguity and contradiction between the following documents, the priority order for interpretation of such documents shall be in accordance with General Term & Conditions Clause 40. <br> 通用合同条款第40条中所列各文件将构成购买方和供应方之间的合同，且所列的每份文件均应被视为本合同不可分割的组成部份来进行阅读并解释。如文件中有含糊不清及相互矛盾之处，应根据通用合同条款第40条所排列的顺序按顺序在先的文件进行解释。 <br> <br> <br> 3.2 All written negotiated changes and amendments agreed to by Both Parties toward the objective of performance of the Contract are deemed as a part of the Contract provided that the contents of such written documents shall not conflict with the aforesaid contract documents and shall not influence any rights and obligations of the parties under this Contract. <br> 双方为履行本合同之目的并经双方认可的有关的商洽、变更等书面文件均构成本合同文件的组成部分，但前提是该等书面文件的内容不与上述合同文件的内容相冲突，且不影响各方在本合同项下的任何权利及义务。 <br> <br> <br><br> <BR />
